Nick Hernandez began his career in real estate with the Minett & Associates in the spring of 2022 while simultaneously working his trade as a skilled carpenter.
Nick is a go-getter in every sense. The moment he was old enough, he jumped into the workforce head-first. Starting out as a cart/club cleaner a the local golf course - to opening his own successful landscaping business when he was 18 years old. While working landscaping and servicing an investment company, Nick developed an affinity for homes and carpentry which lead him to where he is today!
As a new hire at Minett & Associates, Nick is eager to serve Lake Country and anyone who is looking to buy and sell property. What sets him apart is his knowledge of the lakes and his background in carpentry and construction. His hope for his clients is that they are served in the best manner possible and receive exactly what they are looking for. Nick looks forward to becoming a licensed real estate broker and owning rental properties in the near future.
Nick graduated from Oconomowoc Highschool, and attened Bryant and Stratton College where he studied business, played college baseball, and coached Special Olympics athletes.
Being an avid sports fan, some of Nick's favorite pass times include going to Bucks games, coaching Special Olympics athletes, boating and surfing lakes and oceans.
The most important people in his life are his family, his girlfriend Krystal, and his beloved 12 year old bulldog named Miss Lucy.
